Closures & Shop Information
We are a low volume and low stress groom shop. Our goal is to spend more time one on one to provide a quality groom that is tailored to your pets specific needs. The quality of dogs not the quantity is what is most important to us. Our every day shampoos and conditioners are both hypo-allergenic and gluten free. All products in the shop are hypoallergenic. We carry many different spa additions that treat skin problems, coat damage, dog facials, and foot baths. Special Fx, Artero, Madra Mor, Warren London, and Davis are our main brands. Both Groomers and Bathers are certified and have completed the necessary education to provide a safe and successful grooming experience.

We Do Require Shots!
Per Florida State Law all dogs have to have an up to date rabies or a titer test from your vet showing your dog still has protection from the previous rabies shot. All new dogs must have proof of shots. We highly recommend all pets have the Bordetella Vaccination before being taken to any grooming, boarding, or daycare facility.
Leash Law
Our facility is in the city limits and all dogs are required to be on a leash for the safety of your pet, the other clients pets, and our employees. Please come inside and ask for a slip lead or for assistance if you feel you cannot bring your dog in safely. We will help you always!
Disabilities
If you have a disability we will come out to you if notified in advance! We have the set up to come out to your car from pickup to checkout! Let us know when you make the appointment or call the shop upon arrival and wait. It may take us a few minutes to stop and safely secure the dog we had on the table before coming out and helping you. Please be patient!
Drop off and Pick up
Please wait to come in until your scheduled appointment time! We only accept early drop offs pre-planned in advance. We are appointment only and cannot guarantee we will be there before your appointment time unless we have some form of notice. Coming in early unplanned interrupts the current dog’s appointment time. We will always call you 15 - 30 minutes before we are finished. We offer a 4 hour MAX turnaround time. That does not mean it will always take that long, most of the time it does not. Thats simply the maximum time they could spend in the shop. We require everyone to pickup within 1 hour of notifying to avoid a daycare fee.
